Aerial Yoga Instructor
I fell in love with the aerial arts while vacationing in 2010, found no where to practice when I returned home so I created my own practice. Wishing to share my passion with others I traveled to become certified in teaching aerial fitness, pole fitness and hoop fitness. I have several aerial fitness certifications and have been teaching fabrics since 2013.
Don Chasse, Jr.
Registered Yoga Instructor - 200 hr
Donnie is long-time yoga and TaiYogaQi student of John's. He became certified to teach yoga several years ago and students absolutely love his classes. His energy is peaceful, calm and contagious.
Registered Yoga Instructor - 500 hr
As a new student to yoga in 2005, the asana is what drew me in, and as I continued to show up to class I
slowly began to fall in love with the ability to be present. The Boston yoga community has offered me a
space of connection and support; it is rewarding to be able to reciprocate this to my students as they
move through the layers of yoga, yoking their mind and body connection.
I believe in being a student first. Today when I step onto my mat to practice yoga, I feel at home,
absorbing the positive impacts of self-care by shifting my focus inward, breath by breath achieving a
balance in my energy.
Growing up in Vermont I was a lover of nature. It has always been my happy place where I feel most
grounded to my roots. I feel this same centered balance when I am on my yoga mat. When the roots are
deep, there is no reason to fear the wind.
A 500 Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Instructor, completing two 200 Hour Teacher Trainings, Prana
Power Yoga in 2014, YogaWorks in 2018 and a 300 Hour Teacher Training at Sacred Seeds Yoga School in 2017.
Anton Prenneis received his 200 RYT training at Metrowest Yoga in Worcester. His classes will activate your body and focus your mind with a vigorous vinyasa flow, suitable for all levels. Anton's class features an energetic warrior sequence followed by balancing and twisting sequences and ending with deep hip openers, a simple inversion, and the final deep-resting pose of savasana.
"A year from now, you’ll be happy you practiced today.” I know how hard it can be to fit self-care into a busy schedule. That’s why I’m excited to provide morning yoga classes that can help students elevate their heart rates, sweat a little, and calm and center their minds — all before breakfast! One of the most rewarding aspects of teaching yoga for me is to introduce yoga to new people and to hear them say how great they feel after their first class. And, with a simple commitment of just showing up, a new student can easily develop a regular yoga practice that will transform their lives in amazing ways.
